Eligibility

Who can participate?

To participate in LifeFul’s Refer-a-Friend Program as a REFEREE (the one being referred), you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  1.  You must not be a current or former LifeFul client.
  2.  You must be at least 18 years of age to proceed with the enquiry and application process. For interested participants under 18 years of age, you must have a parent/guardian/valid representative of legal age to complete the process for you.

How does the program work?

  1. A friend of yours who is an existing LifeFul client thought you might be interested in our services. Their referral helped us reach out to you, and now you’re here!
  2. Simply fill up the form below. This will help us assist you with your NDIS needs as best as possible.
  3. Our amazing team will reach out to you to have an initial conversation on what you need and want when it comes to your care. Feel free to ask as many questions as you see fit, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
  4. Should you find LifeFul to be the perfect fit and you sign up as a client, once you hit the 3-month mark of receiving supports from us, both you and the friend who referred you will receive a $100 e-gift card each!

What kind of gift card is it?

A $100 Mastercard gift card! You can use it for just about anything, just like a regular card – you can
even enrol it into your mobile wallet.

How will I receive my gift card?

The gift cards can only be sent and received through email.

Do I need to do anything after I get my gift card in the mail?

Yes, there’s a couple of steps involved after you get your gift card to make sure it’s ready to be
spent, but don’t worry, that’s all conveniently outlined in the email.

What happens if I accidentally delete the gift card email before I get to use it?

Please don’t! Your gift cards have a no-cancellation policy – that means if you lose it, we can’t request for a replacement. 
But don’t worry: if you do end up accidentally deleting it, most email platforms retain your deleted emails for a certain period of time. 
Just check your Trash folder and restore the email from there.

Is there anything important I ought to know about the card?

Yes – you need to make sure that you activate your card in Australia. Activating it anywhere else
would make it invalid and we don’t want to see you lose your gift like that!

Can I use my gift card outside of Australia?

Absolutely, you can! While it’s important for you to activate the card within Australia, once that’s
done, you can use it anywhere in the world that accepts that method of payment.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The reward of a $100 gift card each for both the Referrer (individual who referred) and the Referee (individual who was referred) can only be claimed 3 months after the latter signs the Service Agreement. Should the latter exit LifeFul’s services before that period of time, both rewards will be considered forfeit.
  2. If two (2) or more eligible Referrers refer the same friend, the first Referrer according to LifeFul’s records will be treated as the official and only Referrer for that referred individual.
  3. Eligible Referrers may refer as many friends as they like.
  4. Once a successful referral through the Refer-a-Friend Program exits LifeFul’s services, they may sign-up as a client again anytime but will no longer be eligible to be referred through the program. As a client, however, they are welcome to participate in the program as a Referrer.
  5. Gift cards will be valued at $100 and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.
