Chief Executive Officer

Glenn Campbell

Pronouns : he/​him/​his

Glenn is a deeply experienced leader in the disability and health sectors. He has held six Chief Executive Officer roles including :

  • Carers Victoriathe state-​wide voice for unpaid carers,
  • Hepburn Public Hospital and Health Service,
  • Possabilitythe State’s largest disability provider,
  • Family Planning Tasmania,
  • Railway and Transport Private Health Fund Ltd and
  • Hopewell Private Hospital (Hospice).

He also served in Senior Executive roles as :

  • State Senior Manager | National Operations Manager | National Strategy Manager with MBF(now BUPA) and
  • General Manager with Mayne Health.

Glenns professional qualifications include :

  • Master of Business Administration from MGSM,
  • Bachelor of Business Degree (Accounting) University of Western Sydney,
  • Australian Society of CPAs Associate Program and
  • Company Directors Course Diploma from Australian Institute of Company Directors (G.A.I.C.D.)

His Board roles have included :

  • National Disability Services (NDS),
  • Football Federation Tasmania,
  • Tasmanian Council of Social Services (TasCOSS) and
  • Mental Health Carers  ARAFMI.

Glenn has been a fierce and effective advocate for people with disability and disadvantaged groups and a regular presenter at industry forums. He is passionate about providing a voice to those unable to speak for themselves and growing the skills and confidence of those who can. Glenn has two young daughters and loves snorkelling, football (both kinds) and surfing with his family at their local beach.

Executive Director, Finance and Operations

Vanessa Karamesinis

Pronouns : she/​her/​hers

An experienced executive and leader, with 30 years’ experience including finance and IT in the Health, Disability, Community Services and Technology sectors.

Vanessa’s previous roles include Group Chief Financial Officer/​Company Secretary for the Neami Group and financial services consultancy providing CFO advisory, accounting, and system support for small and medium-​sized businesses.

Vanessa has a unique ability to ensure sustainable business growth that is effectively supported by the implementation of robust systems and processes and has a strong track record in building business growth.

Vanessa’s holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, has completed the Authentic Leader Development Program at Harvard Business School is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course (G.A.I.C.D.).

Vanessa is passionate about working to promote health and wellbeing for people with disability, chronic illness and mental illness. In her free time, Vanessa roller skates and spends time with her family and two dogs.

Support Coordination Team

Cassie (she/​her)

Cassie works for LifeFul in reception, intake and administration. Cassie likes working for a small business that believes in making a difference and values and respects the people they work with. She says that working for LifeFul is a rewarding and meaningful job, and that she has enjoyed every minute of her time here. Cassie has a Diploma of Business and a Certificate 3 in Education Support. Cassie loves camping and swimming by the beach with her family.

Lavynnia (she/​her)

Lavynnia works at LifeFul as a support coordination assistant, and she has prior experience working with children with disabilities at Camp Australia. Lavynnia says she likes to work here because it is a small business that looks out for the not only the best interest of the clients but also has a great working culture. Lavynnia loves anime and magna, she is partial to some fiction as well.

Amaya (she/​her)

Amaya works at LifeFul as a support coordinator because it is a small team of people all dedicated to working towards a common goal. She is a humanitarian and believes that everyone should have access to basic human rights. She has a Bachelor of Counselling and Coaching and Certificate 4 in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention. Amaya is a social person and gets her energy from spending time with people and having deep conversations about life.

Emily (she/​her)

Emily works as a support coordinator and HR officer at LifeFul. She has always known that she would get into a field where she could improve the daily living of others and she is so pleased have found her niche. Emily’s professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Forensic Science and Psychology and she is currently completing a Master of Security and Strategic Studies. Emily is always eager to learn. In her spare time, she loves to work on sudoku puzzles, drink coffee and spend time in nature. Emily is an energetic and excitable team member.

Jasmine (they/​them)

Jasmine does support coordination, social policy, and communications for LifeFul. Jasmine is a registered social worker and has experience of the NDIS system as a participant as well as in policy and care coordination. In their spare time, Jasmine volunteers at the Sticky Institute in DIY arts and studies Auslan. Jasmine works for LifeFul because they believe lived experience workers are crucial to fixing the gaps in the NDIS.

Jaydee (she/​her)

Jaydee is highly caffeinated and highly energised. Following 11 years in the Australian Navy, Jaydee has worked in a wide variety of disability sector roles. Jaydee is an absolute powerhouse, who manages crises in her stride with upmost compassion for clients. Jaydee is a specialist support coordinator and works to development the business to highlight how we can deliver the best care possible.

Monika (she/​her)

Monika works at Lifeful because she wanted to move into a space where she could help clients in a holistic way and help them to understand and navigate what can be a very confusing NDIS environment. She has a Bachelor of Law/​Arts and Diploma of Community Services. Monika plays soccer with her local team and has two cats who love to pop up during online meetings.

Jessica (she/​hers)

Jess originally joined LifeFul as a temp but just could not bring herself to leave. Jess loves being able to make a positive impact in someone’s life daily, with the added bonus of working alongside a supportive team who share the same values. Jess has worked in a variety of human services roles including with the Disability Employment Services. Jess is partial to some karaoke and dancing and loves a game of basketball.

Plan Management Team

Samreet (she/​her)

Before joining LifeFul, Samreet worked in a variety of accounting and bookkeeping roles. But what she enjoys about her role now is working as a team to provide the best for the clients and thinking flexibly about how to get the best outcomes. Samreet has a Bachelor of Commerce (Professional) and Master of Commerce (Finance, Accounting). She is an Associate member of CPA. When she is not processing your invoices, Samreet is baking with her daughter who always makes her laugh and smile.

Thabani (he/​him)

Having worked in the disability sector for over for over 4 years, Thabani enjoys each positive experience he has with participants- whether directly or behind the scenes. He feels plan management is not just a job, but rather being part of a small team and doing something fulfilling daily. Thabani has completed Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Financial Management, followed by Master of Applied Finance and Master of Business Administration. He has also completed training in Financial Modelling and Valuations Analysist FMVA® from the Corporate Finance Institute. Thabani is a massive cricket fan and spends the summer watching the Aussie’s dominate test cricket. As a self-​described nerd- he enjoys watching documentaries and technology reviews on the internet. 

Epenesa (she/​her)

Ness works alongside our plan management team doing important behind the scenes tasks. As a resident data entry and administrative assistant- she is a real team member. She likes gardening in her spare time.
