Glenn has been a fierce and effective advocate for people with disability and disadvantaged groups and a regular presenter at industry forums. He is passionate about providing a voice to those unable to speak for themselves and growing the skills and confidence of those who can. Glenn has two young daughters and loves snorkelling, football (both kinds) and surfing with his family at their local beach.
Vanessa has 30 years’ experience in executive leadership roles overseeing Finance and IT in the Health, Disability, Community Services and Technology sectors.
Vanessa has a unique ability to ensure sustainable business growth that is effectively supported by the implementation of robust systems and processes. Previous positions include Group Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary for the Neami Group and Finance and Corporate Services Manager for Outdoors Inc. Vanessa’s financial services consultancy also provides CFO advisory, accounting, and system support for small and medium-sized businesses.
Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, has completed the Authentic Leader Development Program at Harvard Business School is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course (G.A.I.C.D.).
Vanessa is passionate about working to promote the health and wellbeing for people with disability, chronic illness and mental illness. In her free time, Vanessa roller skates and spends time fishing and camping with her family and two dogs.
Annette is the heart and conscience of our service delivery. Managing our Support Coordination team and making sure that we all deliver on our personal accountabilities to deliver first class, heartfelt services and supports to every one of our clients.
Annette spent 12 years with the State Public Sector including in Department of Health and Human Services, before taking on a management role with online Real Estate startup On the House. She was Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at the state’s largest disability support organisation Possability during, and following, the first NDIS launch site in Australia. Annette was Executive Administration Officer to the CEO, and subsequently Manager, Dental and Telehealth Services with the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
Annette undertook the 2020 Women & Leadership Australia Executive Program, has completed a Diploma of Management and Leadership with the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and a Certificate III in Business and Office Administration.
Annette loves her annual family snow ski trip, and scaring her kid’s friends at their world-famous Halloween event.
Amaya
Amaya works at LifeFul as a support coordinator because it is a small team of people all dedicated to working towards a common goal. She is a humanitarian and believes that everyone should have access to basic human rights. She has a Bachelor of Counselling and Coaching and Certificate 4 in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention. Amaya is a social person and gets her energy from spending time with people and having deep conversations about life.
Emily
Emily works as a support coordinator and HR officer at LifeFul. She has always known that she would get into a field where she could improve the daily living of others and she is so pleased have found her niche. Emily’s professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Forensic Science and Psychology and she is currently completing a Master of Security and Strategic Studies. Emily is always eager to learn. In her spare time, she loves to work on sudoku puzzles, drink coffee and spend time in nature. Emily is an energetic and excitable team member.
Monika
Monika works at Lifeful because she wanted to move into a space where she could help clients in a holistic way and help them to understand and navigate what can be a very confusing NDIS environment. She has a Bachelor of Law/Arts and Diploma of Community Services. Monika plays soccer with her local team and has two cats who love to pop up during online meetings.
Jessica
Jess originally joined LifeFul as a temp but just could not bring herself to leave. Jess loves being able to make a positive impact in someone’s life daily, with the added bonus of working alongside a supportive team who share the same values. Jess has worked in a variety of human services roles including with the Disability Employment Services. Jess is partial to some karaoke and dancing and loves a game of basketball.
Emily H
Emily works at Lifeful as a support coordinator with great satisfaction of being able to create change and support individuals to achieve their goals and excel in their areas of interest. She is enjoying being part of a small supportive team and getting to know all clients. She has a strong background in disability with 17 years of work experience and a degree in disability. Emily enjoys walking her two dalmatians, going on holidays and exploring new places.
Kenny
Kenny works at Lifeful as a support coordinator and aims to assist NDIS participants with a person-centered approach. Kenny brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous role working directly within the NDIS and shares this knowledge with his participants to get the best possible outcomes from their NDIS plans. Kenny works with participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. In his spare time, Kenny likes to surf the web, research the stock market.
Thabani
Having worked in the disability sector for over for over 4 years, Thabani enjoys each positive experience he has with participants- whether directly or behind the scenes. He feels plan management is not just a job, but rather being part of a small team and doing something fulfilling daily. Thabani has completed Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Financial Management, followed by Master of Applied Finance and Master of Business Administration. He has also completed training in Financial Modelling and Valuations Analysist FMVA® from the Corporate Finance Institute. Thabani is a massive cricket fan and spends the summer watching the Aussie’s dominate test cricket. As a self-described nerd- he enjoys watching documentaries and technology reviews on the internet.
Epenesa
Ness works alongside our plan management team doing important behind the scenes tasks. As a resident data entry and administrative assistant- she is a real team member. She likes gardening in her spare time.
Vesna
Vesna is an advocate for everyone who has lost their voice. In addition to her background in Accounting, spanning over 30 years in many industries, she has been studying Public Health Promotion and Criminology and will receive a double Bachelor’s degree from Deakin University. Vesna is a single mum of three beautiful children. One of which has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Vesna also is the primary carer of her mother. She has a wealth of personal experience that supports her role as a plan manager and allows her to connect with her clients on a personal level.
Larry
Although Larry has recently joined the NDIS sector, he provides a wealth of knowledge to our plan management team. Larry enjoys working closely with our participants and lending them a hand with all their funding and billing queries. Larry has enjoyed every moment of the process so far and continues to learn the tricks of the trade with the backing of a dream plan management team. Larry has a bachelor’s of Finance and a Master’s of Accounting from Deakin University. But it doesn’t stop there, Larry is currently studying to be a qualified CPA “What a nerd you might say.” However, Larry is also an active person and loves going hiking on weekends, and is a solid badminton player to top it all off.
Debbie
Debbie originally started with lifeful on a short-term basis and quickly progressed into being an ongoing member of this hard-working team. Debbie has primarily worked within the Accounting and IT space. She enjoys walking her dog, eating out with friends, and going to the movies, “Just to name a few.” She is new to the NDIA space but enjoys helping people and learning new things. She loves to get an understanding of her client’s needs and the providers she is working with. She enjoys being able to answer any questions they may have and problem solves any issues. She has recently had a big move from the city to the suburbs and is enjoying the beach that is now very close to her new home.
Anthony
Anthony works for LifeFul as an experienced NDIS Plan Manager. He aims to assist LifeFul clients in reaching their NDIS plan goals with a person-centered approach and strongly promots choice and control. Anthony holds close to 10 years working in the Human Services & Disability Sector. In Anthony’s spare time, he likes to cook and catch up with friends and family. He also does occasional entertainment for selected charities, most recently a fundraising event for the Kangaroo Island bushfires.
Lifeful has our very own qualified Counsellor and Recovery Coach. Amaya is a registered counsellor with 5 years of experience working with young people in out of home care, adults with disabilities in residential facilities and children with Autism and Asperger’s with communication and learning difficulties. She works with relationship issues, couples counselling, coaching, anxiety, communications issues, loss and grief.
Amaya uses a range of counselling modalities to address barriers and challenges faced by her clients and believes that a holistic approach that is tailored to the individual’s personal goals is most beneficial.
